Communication between host and guest using VMware workstation [closed]

        I have Windows 11 as host and Ubuntu 22.04 as guest into VMware workstation.

I want to login with SSH to guest. I disable the ufw both the VMware and host. The guest has only 1 network adapter configure as briged. The problem is that I don't have any network communication between host and guest, even not ping. I can ping from guest and host to the router , and they both in the same subnet. What is the problem?
