The risk assessment strategy will thus focus on finding a problem and alternative solutions to the problem (Ball, 2015). For instance, the fact that the client is in a poverty stricken area would be an indicator of the inability to access quality healthcare services. The nurse would make inquiries relating to healthcare access and establish solutions that would enhance accessibility to healthcare services.
