Cultures that place value on inanimate objects?

Hey I make YT videos about language and culture and I have a question for folks! Do you come from a culture where certain inanimate objects have value or are treated with respect? For example, I am Indian and we don’t touch books or instruments with our feet, we always bow to a stage/dance floor before entering, etc. Please share I would love to know!
