How can I get the internet to see my back router and devices connected to it [on hold]

        hope someone can assist.
I ran into problems with a web developer finding difficulty in editing through a geoblocking DNS on a Speedport modem/router. Solved using another router TP-Link connected to the LAN on the Speedport on the WAN on the TP-Link. The geoblocking DNS on the TP-Link and the ISP DNS on the Speedport. Now two networks, all fine. Until a NAS is added. Because the TV is on the geoblocking DNS, then the NAS has to be. This is fine for using the TV to play anything on the NAS, but of course, the internet cannot read the NAS so the user is unable to remotely access their files. What is the best solution. Many thanks for any assistance.
