IIS FTP Server not working on local area wifi [closed]

        I've set up an FTP Server on Windows 10 to use as a Media Server but I can't access it on other devices connected to the network.

What I’ve done so far:

• checked the Firewall settings to allow FTP Server
• forwarded port 21 on router
• Prayed to every *** from buddha to Odin

Still no luck
