Is this possible with IOT?

Quick disclaimer: Am a complete noob, and I didn't know where else I could ask this so please be kind. That said, here goes: I have a couple of commercial refridgerators that I'd like to monitor remotely, specifically:

• How many times the door is opened/closed
• Whether it's "full" or "empty"
• The temperature inside

Will really appreciate some info that will guide me or at least point me in the right direction, thanks.
