ISO Cellular Microcontroller – looking for recommendation. (That are available)

I’m looking for a Micro controller with cellular capability. (Even if that’s a separate module) Ideally I’m looking for something like the Particle Boron, however that seems to be out of stock everywhere. I’m assuming a lot of this is due to this chip shortage but I’m looking around for other recommendations for a reliable, preferably cheap, cellular option. I could be okay with just a 3G option but would be interested in your recommendations.
