LAN communication problem in a multi-AP wireless environment [closed]

2 wireless APs PLC-connected to the ISP’s modem-router-switch appliance, acting as an AP too, hence 3 wireless APs.

Going on the internet works well, but when it comes to, say, printing, that’s another story, it seems only the devices associated to the same AP as the printer (which is generally the ISP’s AP) can print, others often can’t : ARP requests from the submitter give no result, and even when it does, connection often times out.

Fwiw, the PLC wireless APs, are Devolo dLAN 550 WiFi, connected to a Devolo dLAN 550 duo+, that’s itself connected to the ISP appliance’s ethernet switch.

I would like devices on different APs to be able to communicate properly, or at least communicate with the printer. Any advice on how to achieve this ?
