Linux SBC with efficient deep sleep

I'm looking for a Linux SBC that offers good power efficiency and especially has a low-power deep sleep (standby/suspend-to-ram) mode. Raspberry Pis are terrible at this and for many of the chinese Allwinner/Rockchip and the like based SBCs, information is very spotty.

Basically, the device needs to be in deep sleep most of the time and only wake up once a minute or so to gather data from sensors and sometimes send out telemetry etc.

I'm considering using a powerful MCU with RTOS instead, but Linux would make it much, much easier. I don't need a lot of power either. Something like 200 MHz and 128 MiB RAM would be enough, I guess.
