Netgear router login troubleshooting [on hold]

I am trying to login to my Netgear router by going to "routerlogin.net" through my web browser on my Macbook, but I get the following answer:

You are not connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access 
routerlogin.net, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. 
Check your current connection and try again.

I have tried contacting Netgear, but they haven't answered my question. I am able to access routerlogin.net on my desktop PC, but not on my Mac.
