Ping not working despite proper firewall rules (in- and outbound) [closed]

        I am trying to ping my phone from my laptop and vice versa, which are both in the same WLAN, but neither is working.

I have already set both the in- and outbound rules in my Win 10 Firewall settings to allow for ICMPv4 traffic.

Yet I still get Destination Unreachable when pinging in both directions.

However, if I ping my phone from other phones in the same network it works, as does pinging other phones from my phone. Just doesn’t work between my phone and laptop.

What also works is pinging websites from both my laptop and phone, e.g. ping google.com works.

What can I do to fix this?
