I have a LAN with multiple clients.
When running Wireshark on client A, I sometimes receive TCP packets with the source IP and MAC address of client B and the destination IP and MAC address of client C. These packets are shown as Lost Segments in Wireshark.
It seems that the switch is forwarding some packets which are not intended to be forwarded to me.
Is it normal? Do I have to replace the switch? Receiving packets that are not intended to be forwarded to me! [closed]
