Solar cell and LIR2032

<*** class="md">Hey all, I'm looking at feasibility of a simple low power BLE device to be produced in the tens of thousands, which will collect and average sensor data and then transmit in bursts to a very nearby station. I'd like to power this via solar cell feeding an LIR2032. What's my best bet for a PMIC or discrete circuit that'll not unduly degrade the coin cell and offer the lowest possible cost?
