What are the compulsory characteristics of a CAT 6a cable? [closed]

Note: the question was initially closed as "opinion-based". I believe that I was not clear about the elements I am interested in. Please re-close it if it is still not answerable and I will delete the question.

I am confused about CAT 6a cables. Depending on the source, they present different characteristics.

The main point of disaccord is the existence or not of the plastic cross along the cable. Is this a compulsory element of a CAT 6a cable?

I can find quite a lot of variously shielded CAT 6a cables, in this case they do not have the plastic cross:

My question is: what are the compulsory physical elements that make a CAT 6a cable? (and therefore their lack moves it to another category).
To clarify: I am not interested on the electrical characteristics that one measures (frequency, …) that would disqualify a specific cable as not CAT 6a. I am looking for the visual ones – notably the plastic cross that runs along the cable which sometimes exists, and sometimes not.
