The diamond equipment in the cutting piece is extremely important, and it is not only

cutting function. The different appearances of the production skills at home and abroad are
in the selection of diamonds. Foreign countries generally have low concentrations (20~30%),
large particles (-20 mesh), and high strength (greater than 300N) to ensure cutting power
and quality. Due to the constraints of diamond synthesis skills, diamond matching has a
large difference. The difference in the function of the cutting piece is also primarily
here. Domestically, high concentration (greater than 35%), medium and low strength
(80~160N) and wide grain size (30/35~70/80) are selected, which is satisfactory for the
loss of part of cutting power and quality. Most manufacturers choose the mixed-strength
granular diamond, in addition to being constrained by the diamond source, generally think
that it is easy to obtain appropriate comprehensive functions and cost, and improve the
adaptability of the cutter head to the processing target. Diamonds are primarily based on
different processing objectives, selected from three related aspects: strength, particle
size and concentration.
