White people using a “blaccent”

Is it okay that my brothers (who are white) using language that mirrors how black people talk? When they do use it, i’ve noticed that it’s often used they want to get a laugh or are making jokes. It doesn’t sit right with me but I wanted to see if anyone would offer any insight on this. I myself just want to be more educated on the issue as well as to my brothers. Thanks!
