That device will, let's say, measure various things, but let it be it will measure just moisture in the soil. IF not possible, let the sensors be as small as possible, because it will be used in like 0,5 m distance (first device here, in half a meter another one etc).
Also, I want it to send data via WiFi and be able to, for example, open something to let the water out.
First of all, let me question: Is it possible ?
Second: What could I use to make it real (Arduino, Rasp Pi 3...?).
